Terms of Service

By accessing cadtechies.com or engaging CAD Techies LLC ("CAD Techies", "we", "us") for any CAD, BIM, Land Survey or related drafting work, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or our services.

CAD Techies provides outsourced drafting services across the disciplines listed on the Services page. Each engagement is governed by a separate written quote or statement of work which takes precedence over the general descriptions on this website.

On full payment, all final deliverable files (DWG, DXF, RVT, PDF, etc.) become the intellectual property of the client. CAD Techies retains the right to display redacted samples of completed work for marketing purposes unless explicitly restricted in writing.

Standard terms are Net 30 from invoice date for established clients. Pilot engagements and first-time clients may require a 50% deposit. Late fees of 1.5% per month accrue on overdue balances. All amounts are in US dollars unless noted otherwise.

Each tier includes a defined number of revision rounds. Revisions beyond scope are quoted separately. All deliverables undergo a two-pass internal QA against the client's standards manual before release.

We treat all client drawings, point files, specifications and project documentation as confidential. A mutual NDA is available on request. We do not share project data with third parties without written consent.

Drawings requiring a licensed Professional Land Surveyor or Professional Engineer seal are stamped through our retained, US-licensed in-house professionals. Stamped seals are legally binding only on the original signed PDF set we deliver.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CAD Techies' total liability under any engagement is limited to the fees paid for the specific deliverable in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

You may not reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to disrupt cadtechies.com. Form submissions must be made in good faith for legitimate business inquiries.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted at the top of this page with a revised "Effective" date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
